i know is a Ex-35 but being a Ex-BNSF nee-BN this could be ether a GP39M,GP39E or a GP39V.

BNSF has done away with the "E", "M" and "V" in the model number and they just lump them together as "GP39-2R". I guess it doesn't matter what company upgraded them back in BN days-all that matters is that they are all "-2" electrical cabinets, alternators, etc.
